Terms & Conditions

Once a written confirmation (Email/WhatsApp/SMS) is received from the customer for a package or ticket booking, applicable cancellation charges will apply in case of cancellation.

Truvik Business (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. / Tripedy Travel is not responsible for any schedule changes, delays, or cancellations made by airlines, hotels, or government authorities, including changes in government taxes.

It is advisable to reach the airport at least 2 hours prior for domestic flights and 3 hours prior for international flights.

The company reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of non-payment of the full invoice amount before the travel date.

We reserve the right to provide alternate hotels, sightseeing tours, or transfers of the same or higher category in case of operational issues.

No refund will be provided for unused services in the package, including meals, accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, etc.

We are not responsible for any missed meals due to flight schedules, late check-in, or any external circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are requested not to deposit cash directly into our bank account. If cash is deposited, 1% surcharge will be applicable.

GST @ 5% will be charged extra on the total billing amount.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund Process

The refund amount will be processed only to the original depositor's account via Cheque / NEFT / RTGS.

Refund will be initiated within 30 – 45 working days, subject to vendor policies and approval timelines.
Additional Notes

Any additional expenses caused due to natural calamities, road blockages, landslides, weather conditions, strikes, political disturbances, pandemic restrictions, or any situation beyond company control shall be borne directly by the traveler.

Hotel-specific cancellation policies will be applicable in addition to the above if they differ or are stricter.

The package cost is quoted as a complete package, and no individual component refund will be applicable.
Customer-Friendly Commitment
We will always try our best to negotiate with hotels, transporters & vendors to waive or reduce cancellation charges whenever possible; however, it is not guaranteed.
